Includes weekly testing and balancing of basic water chemistry. Visually inspecting entire pool on a weekly basis to make sure everything is working properly and to check for any potential issues or concerns. Such as, algae growth, equipment malfunction, water loss, etc. Visually inspecting equipment pad on a weekly basis for leaks and other potential issues. We will also handle all programming and automation year round.
*filter cleanings (usually 2 to 3 times a year) are an extra charge, starting at $75 – 90 depending on tank size
